A cool, sesame dhal milkshake to quench thirst
Ingredients: millet ¼ cup, jaggery - enough to taste, cardamom 1, grated coconut - 2 tablespoons
Preparation method: First thoroughly wash the quarter cup of millet and remove the water thoroughly and fry in a skillet. Put a mixer on top of the roasted millet cooler, then grind as much as possible with the jaggery, cardamom, grated coconut and some water. You can also drink cold water or ice water if needed. How tasty and healthy it is for the summer sun.
Sesame drops
Ingredients: sesame - 2 tablespoons, jaggery - enough to taste, cardamom - 1, grated coconut - 2 tablespoons
Preparation method: First wash two tablespoons of sesame seeds thoroughly and remove them with water and roast them in a skillet. Roast sesame seeds in a mixer on a cooler, add sesame, cardamom and grated coconut. Then add the jaggery, a little water and finely grind to taste the same mixi. Add water to the spoonfuls of the sesame mixture, drain the sage and drink the sesame. You can also drink cold water or ice water if needed. A cool, healthy sesame drip for summer heat will quench your thirst.
