Make a restaurant-style Malai Kofta at home with a simple idea of lifestyle dining
Malai Kofta
Malai Kofta is not only tasty but also healthy. If the method of making it is right then it is easily digested. Let's know its easy recipe-
Material
4 large potatoes, cooked
250 grams paneer
50 grams flour
1 tbsp Green Coriander
3 onions, cut into slices
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tomatoes
200 ml cream or cream
2 Tbsp raisins and cashews, large
50 grams cashew paste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tbsp Mashed Fenugreek, large
Salt
1 tablespoon sugar

to make koftas
Put the cooked potatoes in the fridge for four to six hours.
Doing this will make it easier to make koftas.
Now mash the potatoes, paneer and all purpose flour.
The mixture should not be too soft or hard.
Cut raisins and cashews into small pieces. Add half a teaspoon of sugar to it.
Heat oil in a pan. Make balls of paneer mixture and stuff dry fruits in it.
Fry the koftas. If they break, take them out and dry them, then fry them.
to make gravy
Saute onion, ginger-garlic paste and tomato paste.
Then add cashew paste to it. Add two tablespoons of warm milk to the paste.
Add all dry spices except kasoori methi.
Fry the sides of the mixer till it leaves the grease.
Then put half a cup of water in it. When the gravy becomes a little thick, add cream or cream, a tablespoon of sugar and kasumi fenugreek.
Let the gravy remain on low flame. When the grease starts separating from the end, add the roasted koftas to it. Serve hot with roti.
