Ingredients for making gulab jamun with breadcrumbs-
Breadcrumbs - 1 large bowl
Sugar - 1 bowl
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom - 2-3
Frying oil - as needed
- Milk - 1 cup
Saffron - 1 pinch
Baking Powder - 1 pinch
- Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
How to make gulab jamun with breadcrumbs-
To make gulab jamun with breadcrumbs, first grind the breadcrumbs into the mix and bake it. Take the breadcrumbs in a bowl and set them aside. For the sugar syrup, put the sugar and 1 cup of water in a skillet, put it in the gas and stir until the sugar is melted.
Then add cardamom powder and saffron to the syrup. To make the syrup, wait until the sugar is well melted. To the gulab jamun put the breadcrumbs, baking powder and milk powder in a large pot and add the milk and mix well.
Cover it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, prepare all the Gulab Jamuns by giving them a round shape. Heat the ghee in a skillet and fry the gulab jamoon in a medium saucepan till golden brown.
Put the gulab jamun in hot syrup and cover for 20 minutes. Then all the gulab jamuns will double in size after soaking up the syrup.
